Think of the problem and the feeling it is bringing with it.

SEQUENCE:

 

EB - Eyebrow

SE - Side of eye

UE - Under eye

UN - Under nose

CH - Chin

CB - Collarbone

UA - Under arm

TH - Top of head

 
Where in the body do you feel it?

Be specific and notice what the emotion is and name it.

Give it a score of intensity from 0 to 10.

Acceptance phrase.

Say out loud: “Even though I ..…(state problem)……..I deeply and completely accept myself”.

Do this 3 times with conviction whilst tapping the KC (Karate Chop) point on the side of the hand.

Points.

Tap each of the 8 acupressure points saying a reminder phrase such as “this anxiety”.

Subsequent rounds:

Take a deep breath and relax.

Think of the issue again and notice any changes.

Give it a score from 0 to 10. If the intensity is not down to zero or another aspect has come up then keep repeating the above procedure until the intensity comes down to zero.
