TRAINING COURSES

 

There are many good reasons why you would choose to train with Reiki-Wales, some of which are listed in the right hand banner. You may also want to see some of the testimonials given by Reiki-Wales students.

Most of the training courses are based in Swansea but all courses are available for groups or individuals, weekends or weekdays at set venues or at your home, UK or abroad. So if you have a date or venue in mind then please let us know.

The following is an outline of each level and will give you some idea of the quality and in-depth content of the courses:

REIKI LEVEL ONE
Course requirements:
None apart from an enthusiasm for healing.

Overview
Reiki Level One is a one day course. It is primarily about self- healing. Hand positions for self and others are taught. Attunement and symbol given. Latest Japanese and Gakkai techniques are integrated into the course.(1 day course)

  • Mawashi.
  • Reiki 1 attunement.
  • First symbol given.
  • Hand positions for self-healing and treatments given.
  • Reiji Ho shown, discussed and practised.
  • Byosen shown, discussed and practised.
  • Keteuki kokan discussed and practised.
  • Scanning technique demonstrated.
  • Hand positions for others demonstrated & practised.
  • Treatment of others - ethics, code of practise etc.
  • Reiki energy given and received by students.
  • Hatsurei ho shown, discussed & practised

 

REIKI LEVEL TWO

Course requirements:
Completion of Reiki 1 with either Reiki-Wales or another Reiki Master Teacher.

Overview:
Reiki 2 is about healing others. You will be taught how to give treatments on an emotional level and how to heal from a distance. This level allows you practitioner status and you will be able to run your own practice if you wish. (1 day course).  For course dates & fees see Events Page

  • Mawashi
  • Reiki 2 attunement.
  • 2 more sacred symbols given.
  • Distant healing.
  • Enkaku Chiryo & Shashin Chiryo practised.
  • Mental/emotional healing given & received.
  • Specific techniques to convey Reiki energy.
  • Use of crystals.
  • Crystal grids.
  • Seiheiki Chiryo demonstrated & practised.
  • Reiki energy given and received by students.

 

REIKI MASTER PRACTITIONER

(ART - Advanced Reiki Training)
Course requirements:
Completion of Reiki 1 & 2 with either Reiki-Wales or another Reiki Master Teacher.

Overview:
Master Practitioner is available for those who want to increase their Reiki energy and ability but do not want the responsibility of teaching others. (1 day course)

  • Mawashi
  • Master Practitioner attunement.
  • 1 more sacred symbol given.
  • Psychic healing/surgery.
  • Correcting aura leaks & chakra imbalances.
  • Skills honed to master's level.

REIKI MASTER TEACHER
Course requirements:
Completion of Reiki levels 1, 2 and Master Practitioner (ART) with either Reiki-Wales or another Reiki Master Teacher.


Overview:

Master Teacher level enables you to teach others and pass the attunements to students. It also speeds up your own spiritual progress remarkably. (1 day course)

  • Reiki Master Teacher attunement.
  • How to give attunements - Usui Tibetan & Usui.
  • Reiju attunements.
  • Kotodama.
  • Reiju Empowerment given.
  • Practice of giving Reiju Empowerment.

This level includes free on-going training to gain confidence in teaching.

Cost:

£25 for Reiki-Wales students.

Half the course fees if from another lineage.
